Title: Cap June 25th

Went out to the cap after work yesterday, fought traffic all the way up there, man was it busy...

We started out around dog leg, and fished a number of pools, most of which required scaling the canyon. It was a desolate place, like a total dead zone, not a fish to be spoken of... Not even one roll.

Man am I sore today... that canyon is a good workout!

But if you're looking for fish, it's your best bet.  Don't need no stairmaster after a day fishing the Cap, eh Nicole?

I've been getting one or two on the fly when I go, but if you don't land that one fish that may bite...you likely won't get another. its never been like this.

I went again tonight, just in case...

Still the same, except more anglers this time... Not even a roll. I did not see a single fish on, nothing.

This is weird to me! I fish the lower end and 30-50 fish have been going by daily for two weeks now! They must be hold up somewhere! I got two yesterday and my 7 yr. old son got one on Sunday and so did I. They were all 4-5 lbs respectfully!

i was there last week seen a few fish had one on using a blade lost it right  before landing rrrrrgggggggggggghhhhhhh

Roe and wool! and a couple of them hit jenson egg and wool! My buddy got a 25 lb red spring two days ago!
No wier yet either fellas!
The river is up a good 18" was out last night. Saw one hooked but nothing else for me! It cold be good today!
