A telephone conference call was held today with FOC discussing a possible opening date for Fraser River chinook. A fishing plan should be coming out shortly as the hope was for a opening date on June 16 and that date is fast approaching. Stay tuned for an announcement from FOC in the next little while. Lets hope we get one.
No I was not in on the call.

Thanks for the update. Just curious as I honestly don't know............................................the opening for the last couple years has been May 1st? I seem to remember it opening in May, not that we can be out there with the high water........................................just wondering why this year is different?
I can't wait to bar fish for some springs this summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
