Title: Electric motor repair

I've got a 46lb motorguide electric trolling motor that needs repair.....I think it has something to do with the wiring/seals since it works outside of the water, however once it is in the water the motor gets only bursts of energy...any help would be appreciated!

Not sure if Mikes Reel repair does Motorguide but i do know they repair MinnKota,s.
Worth a try.
