Maybe try a christmas tree.

rolled muddlers, olive wooly buggers, green professors and olive leeches seem to get them for me

I've found the typical types of coho streamer patterns to work well, some minnow patterns as well. usually stay small as the fish tend to be quite small and the clarity excellent.

mickey finns, but the cap is a hard fly fishing place to fish, try the seymour or the vedder.
