Title: Crabs in the Sound, April 2008
Post by: captainzippy on April 28, 2008, 08:27:24 PM
My friend and I took my little cartopper out for a spin in Howe Sound the other day and decided to drop a couple of traps to see what happens. We dropped them at the mouth of Indian Arm in about 80 feet of water on the North West side then decided to troll awhile. After not having any success with the trolling We went back to the crab traps... I could barely pull them up. Both of them were stacked full of mostly legal crab. We kept the best 8 crabs threw the rest back went home and had a great dinner.
