first preheat oven to 375c or 400c.Then place fillet on a baking pan with foil,skin side down.Mix mayo with dill weed and black pepper,spread mixture over fish.Bake for about 12. mins. Then grate some chedder cheese or whatever cheese you prefer on fish. And finish baking until cheese has browned.Good eats !!!
