Hey guys.
Yes the book is called the Freshman FlyFisher. It is a small 125page book on flyfishing.
I wrote the book for the beginner flyfisher. I found that most of the books on the market for the beginner are still a little advanced if you have NEVER flyfished. This is the reason that I wrote the book. It is a VERY basic book so that the beginner will have some Idea on Gear, Flies, and techniques.
It is a small book (5x7) that is a flexible hard cover so that you can place it in your fishing box or vest. The cover is water resistant and the paper is made from 100% recycled paper. Because of this fact, the paper is a little thinner thus causing the book to be thinner than a normal 125 page book. This is what I wanted so that it can fit into a tackle box or fly vest with ease.
The book can be picked up on my website (www.rp3fishingadventures.com), The sportsmans show in March, I will also be doing a few book signings at Reaction fly and tackle on the 16th of Feb, Pacific Angler on the 23rd of Feb. I am hoping to have the book in most of the fishing stores by mid March, so keep your eyes open.
