It's in mission not to far from Cascade Falls. Just before the bridge you can park on the left side and wade all the way to Stave lake. I haven't done it myself but think it would be fun wading through the crystal crear waters. I read somewhee that there are cutthroat and dolly ???

are you talking the bridge on Sylvester road?

that creek can do dry by the bridge and below in late summer however i have been up by the falls and have seen small cutts taking dries.

I used to rent the first house on the left after the bridge with the black gates. Never did fish the creek though, it was dried up most of the time

is it the creek a few kms. from the prison ?, i onced stop by a few years ago by accident to ask directions to stave lake since i didnt know where it was . im too curious if theres any fish there .but seems like a nice place to crack open a couple beers and chill there for a day
