Hi everyone, school is making all students grade 10-12 get 45 volunteer hours. Is there anyone or anyway that i can access someone at the capilano hatchery so i could get hooked up.

Try the Seymour Salmonid Society as well Matt is the volunteer coordinator Rodney posted his e-mail above. I work extensively with Matt and the boys at Seymour and they are great guys. Lots of fabulous volunteer ops! If you are a strong swimmer there is a steelhead snorkel survey coming up on Thursday.
Here at Langley Environmental Partners Society (LEPS) we also have lots of great volunteer opportunities, I post almost all of them in Rodney's Green Cafe so take a look in there once in a while.
Check out our website www.leps.bc.ca for more info or shoot me a pm.
