Title: c/o 3! snaggers 0
Post by: brood dude on October 26, 2007, 05:28:53 PM
this is the second time this week that i have gone out and had to call in a bunch of dumbasses! >:(

up at the cable pool on the cap today there was these three guys that were blatantly snagging fish.there were only a couple of other guys around and nobody said anything!

out comes the cell, a quick call in and I'm back fishing. a very short time latter the c/o's show up and rip into these guys! it was great they got hauled up to the parking lot And got spanked! all three were fined !and I'm not sure about their gear?

this is yet another example for everyone to keep calling in everything!

the one guy was trying to talk his way out of what I'm assuming is a heavy fine, when one of the c/o's says to him "we have you on video tape, you are getting a fine period!"

please everyone keep fighting the good fight!!

you're the man!~   guess we all have to do the same thing: observe, record, call, and call often!

the only reason i posted these threads is to encourage others to do the same.(call in what you see).with all the crap going on rivers it has come to a point that we cant just stand around and say nothing!

if you and i don't take a stand who will? ???

one person can make a huge difference!

Add Springs to that list and extend the deadline to Oct 7.  Everyone who needs roe will have enough for the rest of the season.  We would have about 3 weeks of pleasant fishing!

I remember fishing the Vedder in the late 80's to early 90's when only coho could be retained.  Anytime you increase the scope of what you can retain on the river, you will get more people fishing and more problems associated with more people.

well i guess some people really are as dumb as a sack of hammers. one of the three guys mentioned above was out again today up to the same old tricks!

so the guy is not from this country , i don't know how long he will be here? did  or does he intend to pay the fine? and I'm pissed off that the c/o's didn't take his gear from him! he was using the same gear as last time. what is up with the slap on the wrist?do they think that guys are telling the truth when they say "oh i will never do that again , sorry i didn't know"

the last guy that i heard about who actually had a pair was up in the interior. 4 Yankee's one boat 6 rods and one license between them all. the c/o took the gear and the boat! those idiots were gone the next day never to return. why can't we have more guys like this around????

i don't get it! >:(
