Title: What is the best setup for catching Coho and/or Chum in Lower Fraser (Richmond)?

Does anyone have any tips/suggestions on what might be the most effective setup to catch Coho and/or Chum in the lower Fraser?  Is a bar rig setup with a Spin n' Glow (and maybe a Hoochie) with a big glob of Roe an effective way to catch Coho & Chum in the lower fraser?  Or is it better to only use a big glob of Roe on a bar rig wthout the Spin n' Glow?

Any info you could provide would be greatly appreciated!
