Hello folks,
Just for fun, and because I'm bored at work - what do you think the Vedder will be like tomorrow? I know this is kinda self-serving, but I've taken the day off tomorrow, and hate to waste a day off fishing in a Timmy's double double... might decide to push the day-off till Friday...

What do you think?

It was a dark and stormy night........ ;D

A big Pacific storm is brewing and is expected to hit the Lower Mainland this evening and overnight.

I think the local rivers will be blown out the next couple of days.

Tex, if you leave really early tomorrow and hit the river at first light, you should have no problems. The storm will hit Chilliwack pretty badly only tomorrow afternoon, so my guess is that the river will be at its worse on Friday and Saturday.
Today the weather is still holding, and the Chilliwack river water levels have actually even dropped a bit. Visibility as of tonight is still good (reliable local intelligence, ;-)), and there is nothing that would indicate that you won't have at least a good morning of fishing.
The worse that can happen is that your rain gear will be put to the test, but no big deal there.
I am actually more concerned about the wind...you may want to carry a few rocks in your pockets! :D
Oh, by the way, remember where you caught that jack spring when we were fishing together last time?
Tomorrow fish the bottom end of that bar, about a hundred yards downstream. You'll be pleasantly surprised! ;)
Cheers, Milo (who wishes he could go with you)
