Title: As predicted
Post by: Fish Assassin on October 13, 2007, 07:47:23 PM
As predicted, Sid the Kid lit up the scoreboard enroute to the Penguins' 6-4 victory over Vesa Toskala and the rest of the Make Beliefs. Tough to be a Laugh fan. Got clobbered one night, responded with a brilliant effort and then go into the tank the next night.

Actually the whole team showed up. Morrison and Naslund have been playing well, Pyatt also had a good game.

Yeah, those beaks would be scooped up by the soon to be Ex General Manager of the Laffs John Ferguson Jr. if they were available. ;D

First he gets knocked down by the net then he scores the winner for the opposing team....maybe it's time for McCabe to hang up the gear  :D :D  I'm lovin' it! LOL

Failing to capitalize on numerous chances= their demise tonight.  We'll get it back next game or it'll be another bag skate!

DITTO! How brutal was that??

I can't remember seeing Ohlund playing so poorly...he really seems to be off his game the last while.  He lost the puck several times skating it up the ice, was always a step behind, and took a couple of penalties which resulted in goals.  He's gotta step it up and get his butt in gear.

Not to worry Canuck fans. Spoke to the boys after the game. Changes have already being made: Mason Raymond is catching the first flight to Winnipeg. We have 3 days before we play the LA King. We will again be rolling, rolling, rolling
