Has anyone wet thier line up on the Squamish.... Are the Coho moving in good numbers? Chum starting to move?

Forget the Squamish system right now, it's in flood again! Lots of rain up in those mountains. Look at some of the other posts and you will see that the river has been out for most of the last 5 days. Today is no different except that the rivers jumped significantly over night.

Chums are slow right now last I heard. Certaiably not the numbers we're used too. River is high and continues to be pounded with rain.Maybe when this all settles down it'll be good. They are around though.Talk to a fella who hit the Cheak on monday and hooked two dollies and saw almost nothing in the way of ho's and chum.Fishing below the little cheekeye was out of the question.Total chocalate. The squamish was crazy high! Hope this helps.

Fished the Cheakamus on Monday - water was still too high. Not much action. One big Coho caught all afternoon between several people fishing a couple of pools.
I tried everything incl. pink wool, buss bombs etc. - nothing. The high water levels have kept the fish from moving up in larger numbers, I think. The weather forecast looks OK and the rivers come down quickly when the rain stops. Thursday should be fishable, friday and the weekend should be pretty good.
