Shimano Clarus 9' 8-15lb with an Okuma Avenger 40.  Should be able to get that combo w/line and tax for just under your $200 limit.

I have a very similar setup (slightly lighter rod and reel) and I love it. Landed it's first steelie for me last season.

I have a bunch of rods I am looking to get rid off...what exactly are you looking for?  I like a small light rod (6.5 -9' rated 8-12) when I am hucking gear for coho.  What do you think you are looking for, what rivers will it be used on, any more info?  What action rod do you like...fast or slow? etc, etc.

And if I could make a suggestion, try and stick with a baitcaster, then you can float fish it too.  I have a 9' lami with a shimano 200 and I can cast that thing a country mile...I use mostly 1/4 jigs, #3 blue foxes, and 3/8 crocs, etc.  But like I said, if I want to float fish it then I can...were as spinning gear is very ineffective for float fishing.
