has the pinks at furry creek become a hot spot again , or did fishing come to a complete halt?

The fish that are targeted near Furry Creek are squamish River bound. The Squamish River pink salmon run usually tapers off around the end of August, so most likely the fishing is starting to die off at Furry Creek. That being said, you always have a chance to connect with a chinook, coho or bull trout if catch and release is the main objective of the trip.
