Although with the Canadian dollar so strong I don't see why you don't buy the same rod a lot cheaper in the USA.

so I Picked up a Fenwick HMX Med. Action casting rod with a Calcutta 251
Goin to give'r a try tonight.
thanks for the tips on E-stores.... In the past when wanting to buy fishing stuff online, I have found the prices in Canada are not as competitive as American stores with less selection as well except for luremaking.com which his pretty good.
