What are good for flies for each species of salmon? Thanks. :)

for all species the popsicle is a great fly, it's good for every type of salmon and steelhead, egg sucking leeches are also good and work for all 3 (not really sockeye and pinks)and steelies and even trout take it, flashy flies like the coho flash fly and crystal meth work great for coho as well as olive or green streamers as small as size 8 but shrimp patterns work well somtimes as well, chum will pretty much take anything and everything you swing at them, chinook take big streamers in all different colours and are almost as big mouthed as chum but m,y favourite fly for chinook is a clouser minnow in pink, sockeye go for size 4 flourecent green flies and of course pinks go for pink
hope this helps

but like i said anything pink in sizes 4-2 and 1/0,
and the best ever steelhead fly i forgot to mention is the steelhead nightmare, amazing fly for steelhead and most types of salmon

i fish jigs and i tie steely nightmares. I also got a couple other jigs that would be awsome flies. I think the best fly in the world for steelies is the squamish poacher. If tied properlly looks like a shrimp, tied messy looks like eggs, stick a long pink rabbit fur tail and u got a pink worm, tie it in black and it looks like a gp, u can give so many body and hackle colours and profiles.

ya, its my fav, black and pink with flash and a natural drift = steelhead, also purple tail and blue schlappen looks really good and i have had some success with that as well
