Title: Garry Point Park July 4th, 2007
Post by: Rodney on July 04, 2007, 10:27:21 PM
A lovely evening it was at Garry Point Park after a pretty warm day. The water clarity is actually improving, or perhaps the cleaner saltwater was being pushed in by the tide. In a few weeks from now, lure fishing is definitely possible. :) All the hungry fish were close to shore today, only within a couple of feet from the rocks. A ultralight float fixed onto the 4lb test main line with a couple of tiniest split shots can never go wrong. It cannot get much better than watching the float with a marvelous sunset in the background. A few peamouth chub and a ambitious sculpin visited my hook.

Here are some photos from tonight.
