Hi bbronswyk2000,
can I ask what make the clamp on rod holder is and what it cost? I've been looking for one of those for my canoe and can't seem to find one, all the ones I've seen have needed to be bolted on.
cheers,
Paul.
-
Bronswick that second to last one caught on that red fly patterns looks like a coho! Nice fish everyone.

I use the Scotty rod holders with the Scotty clamp mounts. Most fishing shops carry this. They are around $35-$40 each the rod holders are the same price so together one rod holder and clamp is $80

Fish freak i know what it is, i'm just saying it looks alot like a blue back.
-
no u didnt, u thought it was a landlock coho, good cover up tho
-
Actually younggun it is a kokanee but I can see how you could mistake it for a coho. It has the spots of the coho but it is a kokanee. The lake in which this kokanee was caught does have coho.

Shhhhhhhhh! We dont want any one else knowing about this! 8)

My first Chromonid caught fish - being new to fly fishing I never had any confidence in the technique - until this one came along, returned to the water good as new!
