It's always a good idea to take a look around the actual website before asking questions ;)

Lots of articles on exactly small mouth bass fishing in St. Marys.

Sinaran, for accommodation and boat rental, I would suggest that you phone Mark at Lakeside Gardens (http://www.lakesidegardensresort.com/). You can stay in a cabana for $65 per night (+10% discount if you mention FWR), he also has boats available. So you can come out from the cabana, hop in the boat, then catch some bass ten minutes later. ;) I am not aware of any boat rental places available on the lake, and it would be a hassle to stay at a place away from the lake.

I'm not entirely sure about boat, so it is best to phone Mark and work out a deal with him. It depends on when and how long you are staying.

I can also recommend Mark's place (lakeside gardens).  He has several boats.  Fishing is also good from shore at his place.  I believe there is still a report I made from there last May in the Fishing Reports section of this site.  When I was there last May I never noticed a time when all Mark's boats were in use.

Sometimes you don't need a boat. Don't forget doing a few casts from the floating dock or around the beach. ;)

These ones come from the floating dock by the cabanas.

This one took a Rapala on the surface around the weed patches next to the swimming beach.

If you're going in June and July, go watch these subscribers videos we put up last year on how to get them.
