What a great combination is in store tomorrow here in Chilliwack. The Chilliwack Vedder River Cleanup Coalition will be celebrating Earth Day with their first cleanup of 2007 along the banks of the Chilliwack Vedder River.
Tim Hortons coffee, donuts (16 dozen), muffins (6 dozen) cookies and juice will be ready at registration time, between 9 am and 9:30 am at the Great Blue Heron Nature Reserve.
When you are finished giving the river a much needed face lift, usually about 2 to 3 hours come back for more refreshments and then head out for your last steelhead trip of the season. As of yesterday the river was still in top shape even in the lower reaches.
Hope as many as possible can attend and more info is at www.cleanrivers.ca
Don't be late Rodney. ;D ;D ;D
