I just got my main hotmail email account (alexolaru_88@hotmail.com) that has my msn and everything stolen last week. I'm so frustrated right now and trying to get it back somehow.

Has this ever happened to anyone? ???

Winston had his account stolen last year. The guy pissed around on it for about a week then changed the password back.

I don't really think that there is too much you can really do. Maybe try contacting the hotmail admins.

I contacted microsoft live (ppl in charge) and they requested some info and I gave it to them and they gave my account back.

I changed my password and secret question so this won't happen again

 Im so happy!!! :D

What are you trying to say??? YOU STOLE IT? OHH yerr dead >:(

If you access your hotmail (or anything else) from an unsecured wireless network, it takes a few seconds for someone to sniff your trafic and get your passwords. If they know what to do ;)  That, or if you accessed it from a wired network, it could have been sniffed from that (From someone that has access to your network).

So what was the contact ppl's e-mail?

				I went here http://www.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/dasp/ua_info.asp?&_lang=EN&country=CA

and i think i emailed the "abuse@hotmail.com" thats below and stated my case.

the email that I got my response from is weird:

 "Microsoft Customer Support" <LV_ID.WNLV.NA.US.EN.SYK.MNL.TS.T01.SPT.00.EM@css.one.microsoft.com>

It worked, and now I'm back in business and have my account back with my msn and all. :)
