I am thinking about going out to sturgeon slough tomorrow to try for some early bass. Apparently sturgeon warms up faster than the lakes, so the bass are more active there, at least according to the guys at reaction. My only problem is that I don't know where this place is, besides that it is in the maple ridge area.
would somebody be able to give me some directions, assuming that I am coming to maple ridge via the lougheed from mission. Any help would be appreciated,
thanks

Follow the smell LOL
Take Lougheed untill 216th turn right. Follow the street all the way untill the end. Turn left and follow the road untill you get to Neaves Road and turn right. Go down Neaves, you will go over the South and North Alouette Rivers. The bridge just past the turnoff to Golden Eagle golf course is the Sturgeon Slough. That slough is also home to crappie, carp and bullheads.
