today i went to buntzen lake in the AM and caught a couple of fat rainbows about 12-14" .
i cought them on a fast retrieve with a spinner off the shore on the right side of the lake.
living here for the past 4 years i never realized that there would be good fishing here being so close to the city.
thanx to the guys over at riverside fly and tackle, i had a good time out at the lake.
they are one of the best tackle shops i have been too in awhile. not too mention that they have guide trips that i would like to try once i have a little extra money.
at the very least you should check the store out on the corner ofshaughnessy and lougheed in poco 8)
