So I was looking to get a hardy" supurba" converted to enable easier casting.(supurba needs you to hold the trigger to free spool).
I did not want to modify the reel too much, so I went to see Kelly Davidson at Sea Run Fly And Tackle, he pulls out the biggest case of hardy reel parts and does it in like 5 minutes, and says "any more hardys you want me to fix".........this is soo cool because you get the small store service, walk in have it done and leave,no more waiting for days for your reel to come in the mail. And he'll even leave enough money in your pocket to buy some rubber worms.
so if you need your hardy repaired go see Kelly at Sea Run in Coquitlam.

Thanks for the tip. Wonder whether Kelly can fix the wobble on my Silex.
