Title: Rocky Point Park

Hi has anyone launch their boat at Rocky Point Park?  Is it open on Sun?  And is the launch fee paid on site like Cates' Park?

Oh and is it open?  Not like Cates closed due to wind damage?

I use to launch my boat there and you have to pay for parking.
As i remember it's open on Sundays.
I heard they building a restaurant there in near future!!!
