So I was down at G.I. Joes today getting anchors and line for my little boat...( U.S. holiday today MLK Day ).....And I'm browsing in their fishing dept. of course...In their bait fridge they had Cured ghost shrimp whole in hot pink, orange and some other color...They had um in containers and vacuum packed....They also had cured shrimp tails (regular ones)...as well...
I meant to grab some but got caught up in the boat stuff and forgot..But I will be back and grabbing some...they looked wicked good... :o

Why???
No problem to bring shrimp across the boarder; some fruit and potatoes are technically prohibited.

i know for commercial use cured ghost shrimp can be brought across the border ,live ones thats a different story,i dont know if they still do but freds use to bring in the cured shrimp from south of the border,i found with the shrimp that freds use to get that they were way to big ,almost the size of crayfish some of them.
