Went out this AM for a quick fish with my brother to the vedder. What a beautiful morning to be out...mist rolling off the water, eagles flying overhead, nice clean fall air....lived all my life in BC and it still leaves me breathless sometimes. Fished for about an hour starting at firstlight with spoons. Got one chrome hatchery doeho and bonked her, gave us some beautiful roe, also got a nice wild ho which we took a quick pic of then released. Had two chum on and three more ho's hooked between the two of us. Water was low!
On the way home, got a breakfast sandwich at timmies and had them swap the *weak* biscuit thingy for a bagel. Damn good!

Fished the lower Vedder late afternoon. Roger, his wonder dog Spike (who lost alot of his bark) and a host of others slayed as many Chums as time allowed. Was into a couple very large Chinook that came off, and one was snagged on the dorsal. Saw some hefty Coho swim by. Used Colorados in various sizes a medium to large silver for Chinook, large brass for Chum. Saw one coho jack taken.
