Title: squamish oct5th
Post by: rymack on October 05, 2006, 07:18:59 PM
hit up the squamish today at the confluence of the mamquam.  beautiful day , decent visibility in the river. between prob. 10 people on the bar i saw 1 fish one and maybe a half dozen chum finning(dark fish though).  saw a couple of silvery smallish jumpers...small ho's or jack springs? buddy of mine was up river at the mamquam at the railway bridge and saw someone snag and bonk a coho. >:(  Talked to a couple of fly fishers who were into a half dozen chum...coloured...above the railroad ridge on the mamquam.  maybe next week will be better :-\
