Title: Nasty salmon habitat destruction
Post by: cutthroat on October 05, 2006, 05:12:52 PM

The website  www.Salmonopolis.ca has just launched its 2006 Violation Case File, which highlights the 25 best (worst?) violation reports submitted by its British Columbia readers in 2006 (so far).  Some nasty incidents have been reported to date, you can access it from the homepage.

That is a really cool website and alot of the case studies show just how ineffective due to under-funding  DFO has become. Hopefully the 20 new fishery officers being hired as we speak can make a difference.

Thanks for sharing the link it is now on my favorites
