Title: Fishing in Toronto
Post by: badboi on September 10, 2006, 06:27:16 PM
Hey all,

I just moved from Vancouver to Toronto a week ago for school...so I'll be here for at least 3 more years.

I was wondering if anyone here has some tips on places to fish in toronto.
Anyone know of fishing forums such as this one based in toronto (I couldnt find any)

I walked the harbour and saw some people fishing for pike but they havent been very successfull lately

thanks

There used to a TO University with a fishing board can't remember the URL.
Try here  http://www.floatfishing.net/ for something you might be familiar with.
Has an active Forum with some very dedicated Salmon/Trout fishermen.

Also http://ontfish.proboards89.com/

That is nonsense-Ontario is a massive place with so many opportunities it's crazy-once you get to know the area you'll find all kinds of opportunity.
