Post by: scruffy on August 31, 2006, 02:47:21 PM
so after my long pwr nap after work i woke up around 7:30am got a phone call from the bro and heard that it's slower then yesterday and man what a day that was ;D  anyways by the time i ate and got ready it's around 9am now , began my journey towards chilliwack got there shortly after 10am and began casting by about the 5cast i land a 11lbs chrome sox  ;D bleed her and keeped casting after maybe 15-20Min's pass and the rod goes for a dip and the rocket is back at work  moment's later sox #2 about 8lbs comes out of the water and I'm done ;D ,next thing my buddy's rod is on a downward movement and a 25lbs plus red doe comes up to shore  :o so given me new hope to catch one i decided to cast a little more before the road back home not even 10 cast later and it's on  :o line is peeling out of the rocket and I'm going for the walk as i get near the end it kinda beached itself on the shallow water and what do my eyes see a close to 30lbs red doe again now I'm definitely leaving  ;D.
