Hi,
I was fishing the mouth of the capilano today. But fishing was very slow. Me and about 10 other Guys were fishing there. And youst one (fly) hook a fish, so far i cut see!
My plan for the day was to go to the Fraser. I was wantedt to take the Grayhound Bus to Abbotsford. But wenn I get to the Station they told me that i canīt take my bike with me! >:( >:( >:(
I tought it would not be a problem. because I wastwo times at the Squamish River and there they take the Bike without a Question.
But I dont want to go back home, so I wend to the Cap. 8)
After the Water rise again. I was fishing above from the Cap. in the Ocean. I see lots of Salmon jumping outside. But they were way to far to raech them with my Fly.
Did anybody know If those fish get closer to the shore some time. Or they are youst on they way to the river?
And did anybody know, about a difrend spot were you could catch salmon from Shore?
Thankīs

be there at low tide. you would see more jumpings around your wader.

Always be very conscious of the tide. I was fishing the mouth of the cap last year at low tide and waded out to near the lighthouse. The tide came in very quick and I was almost stuck. There are better places than the mouth of the cap to catch salmon from shore. PM me and i'll give you some info.
