Title: Cap Hatchery Report July 25th
Post by: Coho Cody on July 25, 2006, 09:50:22 PM
had a day trip to the suspension bridge yesterday and went to the cap hatchery. tons of coho in there right now! the ladders were literally filled to capacity with coho. half were as chrome as chrome gets and the other were a little dark. didnt see any jack springs or anything just coho. largest coho was was an easy 12lb.s buck and chrome:o :o!!! the rest were from 2-6lb.s. the river was very low and saw one coho swim up cable pool near the bridge. looks like theres quite a few fresh coho which is a good sign ;) :D.

tight lines,
CC ;)
