Well, ThickRick, our buddy Norm and myself made it out to the River at about 6am or so. This was a spot that I wasn't sure about. But it was fishable. ;D We got into 7 chinooks, and landed 3!! They were 21lbs, 21lbs and 18 lbs. Norm has most of the pics but I will get them later. These are the few pics that I got. ;)

Didn't matter how much sunscreen we put on, we couldn't get out of the sun!! We are burnt crisp. Poor Bald Norm is now a very very Red head!! ;D But he stole my hat because I have ample hair, so I hope that it isn't that bad!! Thanks for coming guys, it would have been boring out there by myself!! :D

Good grief Rick, look at the size of that gash on your fish's abdomen, how big was your hook?! ;D ;D ;D
Nice fish, sounds like another good push of fish is coming through. :)

Have a closer look and you will see that it also had half of its tail missing !!! we are not sure whether that gash on the belly came from a hook or a seal , that fish put up the best fight of the day and it only had half a tail.. just shows you how hardy those big chinooks can be!!!!!!!
It was another great day on the flow with a couple of great guys, was a lil hot for my liking but unlike Lil Steel I used enough sunscreen and I am not burnt to a crisp today lol

Great fish guys. Congrats.

nice fish guys. But a question for you big steel. HOW FAR ARE YOU HOLDING THAT FISH OUT IN FRONT OF YOU? I already know that trick from you. Trying to make the fish look bigger or what? ;D ;D

Now the fish doesn't even look half the size as the other pic.

Never said it was big, in fact I said it was 21lbs.!! But that does make a big difference doesn't it!! It looks like 25-27lbs when you hold it out lke that!! ;D ;D
