Well me and the roeman made our way out to Merrit to try our luck at a lake we had in mind. Left the house around 6:00am and arrived at our destination around 9:00am. First fish came of my line in about 23 feet of water. It was a nice 14.5 inch bow. Soon after the second fish came of my line however broke off after a brief hook up. Then 3.5 hours past without a sniff. When all of a sudden my corky takes a massive dive. I set back into a beautiful big acrobatic hawg. After a long fun fight this beast finally corroperated and came in my net. It measured in at 21.5 inches. It was caught on a size 10 green chronomid. Although I got one big one it was still a very slow day. Heres some pics.
