Ok Gooey. :)

Chehalis River
The Chehalis is in great shape for salmon and steelhead fishing. I have not had many reports but there are usually a few fish around this time of year. The Chehalis gets a small run of summer run steelhead and early run of Chinook. You should be able to find both species in the lower canyon and upper river above the hatchery. The Easter seal run usually produces some nice catches in mid June. For best technique, try float fishing with cured salmon eggs or swinging a large leech pattern.

Thanks GOOEY! >:(
And thank you Rod! ;D

Oh come River Walker, how many people on this board complain about the crowds at KWB or the vedder in general. Someone 2 days ago complained about being beaked out on the cap.
The chehalis is a river that very few people fish in its entirety...this means that probably 95% of the fishers end up within a kilometer either side of the of the bible camp!
I beleive there are about 20 KM's between the lake and the bible camp BUT if one person posts they caught a fish on the Chehalis we all know where everyone ends up.
Fortunately it seems that any users here who have hit the chehalis recently ;) have better sense than to report it here.
PS - considering your name: RIVER WALKER, I figured a guy like you would have been one of the first to go out there and scout it out. Why don't you go out this weekend and let us know how how it looks...on second thought...if you do, just keep it to yourself! 8)
