Title: pike minnow and chub
Post by: joshuag232 on May 27, 2006, 09:02:33 PM
Anybody have any recipes for pike minnow and chub?? I asked around and some of the locals said they deep fried them and then baked them on low for 1 hour until the bones become soft. Can anybody clarify this? Ive got a whole whack of them in the freezer and i dont know what 2 do with them.

Boney. Make it into miso soup with pressure cooker.
Or with salt/pepper charcoal
