Title: is this a possible virus

Hi folks
opened a topic tonight and a window opened up saying "running dont give a damm or something like that".tried to cancel and close the box without succsess
 what is it?
I run norton security and adaware they didnt pick up anything

chances are Norton wont detect anything. I dont like Norton, Anytime I have had a virus it is because I had installed norton or McAfee.
Adaware is a joke.

I use NOD32 awsome antivirus. http://www.nod32.com./

Download Windows Defender, Spybot http://www-spybot.net/ and Hack This http://www.hackthis.org/

Anyone else experiencing this when accessing the discussion forum? Please let me know. Not sure if it is from accessing this website Sandy, I highly doubt it but will make a note of it for precautions.

think I've been had, only appears on a thickrick posting. could this be a joke? if so, scared the p$$s out of the me and the wife, just recovered from the repair bill due to another virus.

Damn Rick, I actually had one other person PMing me about this "pop-up window that cannot be closed". Gave me sleepless nights. I think it is time to ban him! ;D

Lets just use this thread as a friendly reminder to all to use and update there virus software regularly .

Also , please pass along any good Free Anti virus programs out there , for the people that may need it .

I have used AVG by Grisoft for mebbe 5 or 6 years...automatic updates....always catches virus'...and the kicker....absolutely free.... http://www.grisoft.com/doc/1

I use avast absolutely free it's updated almost daily automaticly has caught almost everything so far ( had to use system restore twice don't know what for but that fixed problem)
