If anyone heads up to the Birkenhead or Harrison River (at Kilby), I am looking for a few photos of the fishing information kiosk at these two rivers. If you can take a few digital photos from different angles and email them to info@fishingwithrod.com, that would be great. I need these photos to finalize the plan of this new fishing information kiosk that is going up on a pier in Steveston. Thanks! :)

Not quite maybe what you had in mind, but heres a link to show you what the water levels and conditions are like: http://www.th.gov.bc.ca/bchighwaycam/WebCam.aspx?img=16 I think its only on while the bridge is under construction, but it can tell you the height on the far bank by a rough estimate.
Cheers.

Take your time Mike. :) We've been trying to get these photos for months, a few more days/weeks wouldn't hurt. ;)
