Title: Early Morning Meeting with Mr. MYKISS...... March 12th

Folks;

Just wanted to share a photo of a buck I caught early this morning; 6:30 am (I am hoping Rod could be kind enough to post the picture).  A quick pic and a measurement of 32 in. and he was on his way.  IMO...there exists not a nicer looking salmonoid.

Nobody else was fishing this run for the first hour I was there....and I was well away from the gong show at Lickman.....only two eagles and some geese as spectators.....what a great morning!

Nope, can't be Chrome Mykiss either, as he was too busy getting skunked on another system... ;D ;D

steelhead in latin is Oncorhynchus Mykiss. so i assume he's saying he had a meeting with the steelhead as most people refer to them as mykiss for short.
