I think that someone who is 84 and able to get out fishing and actually catch the monster should have the right to keep the trophy if he chosses too.  I didnt read the article so I ask, was it his first ever hali?  I am not in need of keeping trophy fish but I wonder what I would do.  I understand that halibut  over 50 or so are usually females, am I correct?
