I once enquirered about a position @ Berry's.
Mike Berry described that wages to me as "pitiful"
I guess that's why they're always looking for people. ::)

working in a tackle shop is still work. Sometimes it's fun , lots of times it's not, Berry's is one of the fastest paced shops in town.
entry level wages are just that, entry level. if you have a family to support you may find "entry level" wages to be pitiful.
most guys who do the tackle shop gig have a love of fishing that draws them into the industry.
it's taken me 3 years to go from entry level wage to where i'm at now. I am just starting to gain respect and recognition from many customers and others in the industry. My years of experience fishing didn't mean a whole lot at first but the truth is in the pudding and folks are starting to see that I guess. The fishing report was something that kinda got dumped in my lap, in hind sight I'm glad I took it on and I am eternally grateful for the support I've had from customers and listeners of the report.
 Thanks to all those folks!!!
anyhow, resumes should be mailed or dropped off in person, ATTN: MICHELLE BERRY
any other questions feel free to email me, I'll give you the straight goods  ;D
