Title: Lower fraser north arm sept 17
Post by: Abu on September 17, 2005, 11:59:56 PM
we'll had the day off today so I went out to the North Arm. Took my cousin who's never caught a pink before. the river was alive today... haven't seen so much activity in the water for a  few weeks. got there at low tide around 1:30pm, really muddy...got a few scars from slippin on the rocks, but always worth it when fishing. Had my first taker on the 3rd cast, right up close...but lost it. the fish were rising all over the place but not many takers ( may be I need one of those spoons made by Rodney I read about ) landed a nice buck  around 3pm good fight on a small trout rod that made my day right there. my cuz had three hits but lost all (bad luck I think). Probably going to head out to the river tomorrow. I hope the fish r comin in thick like they did today.
