Not making me cosy about farmed salmon.
Why?  The fish mentioned in the previous post were not farmed salmon.

Dave, I'd love to know your thoughts on the consumption of salmon with these parasites (Kudoa or Henneguya salminicola), as these read more like a visible nuisance than a human health concern. Would you personally eat salmon that showed these deposits? I have to assume we are being fed salmon with this condition frequently in restaurants.

Personally I wouldn't eat any fish that I knew had parasites in the flesh but then again I'm a picky eater, especially when it comes to fish ;D

That's all I needed to know! I'm pretty fussy myself - just wanted to confirm with a fish pro that I wasn't being a wuss ;D
