Fly tiers wanted during first weekend of March

Hullo avid fly tiers, this year's Fraser Valley Boat and Sportsmen's Show is taking place on March 2nd to 4th. Like previous years, the Chilliwack/Vedder River Cleanup Coalition will once again have a booth at the show. At our booth, we will have the kids fly tying table again.

I am now seeking for fly tiers who would like to spend a day (just even just a few hours) during the show to demonstrate fly tying for the kids. Fly tying materials and some tools (best to bring own tools) will be supplied.

In return, you will have free entry to the show and a chance to introduce fly tying to some youths.

The show schedules are:

Friday, March 2nd: 12 noon - 9 pm
Saturday, March 3rd: 10 am - 8 pm
Sunday, March 4th: 10 am – 5 pm

Steelhead King and Chrome Mykiss have agreed to help as usual. We still need many more volunteers, ideally 3 to 5 per day.
