Title: Tides- questions about how and when the Fraser is effected

If I want to get info on tides and how they effect the Fraser, what area should I get the tide info for and what is the time offset for the Fraser above Mission?

And if so, the tides that effect Oak Bay surely won't effect the Fraser the exact same time.

Need a little help with all this tidal stuff.
