looking to head out with some buddies, this weekend and I was wondering is any good early season trout locations. around the lower main land

The Stave, will start getting lot's of cutties coming to feed on all the chum fry. Fish little minnow patterns and hold on, might even hook a steely :P

I've seen a lot of people t the stave and not much action. I think some of the sloughs and small creeks will be fun.
