I retched my guts out listening to the trained seal CG Commander Jody Thomas applauding the reopening, but at the closing she was all for it, saying the Richmond detachment would be able to cover. Must be a comfortable fence to be able to straddle both sides. A little integrity would be a treat. Anyhow, nice to see some of Harper's ill advised damage being repaired.
